Macabeo is called "Viura" in Rioja (Spain). Primary blending grape in CAVA sparkling wines. Medium-light body with fruit aromas (green apple, lime peel), and hues of hazelnut and tarragon. Try it with seafood, rice dishes or Southeast Asian food.
